SERVING TIPS

  • The ideal serving temperature ranges from 2 to 4 °C
  • Clean the glass with a pH-neutral cleaning product
  • Rinse the glass in cold, running water
  • Pour the beer in one single movement without gurgles, and without tilting the bottle too much
  • Allow a small amount of beer to overflow, and skim off excess head at an angle of 45° with a toothless, clean and cold knife
  • A two-finger thick head is ideal
  • Rinse the bottom of the glass, dry it, and present the glass on a matching beer mat or coaster with the bottle next to it
  • Always serve beers as freshly as possible
  • Beers taste best when they are fresh, and served at the right temperature.
