SERVING TIPS
The ideal serving temperature ranges from 2 to 4 °C
Clean the glass with a pH-neutral cleaning product
Rinse the glass in cold, running water
Pour the beer in one single movement without gurgles, and without tilting the bottle too much
Allow a small amount of beer to overflow, and skim off excess head at an angle of 45° with a toothless, clean and cold knife
A two-finger thick head is ideal
Rinse the bottom of the glass, dry it, and present the glass on a matching beer mat or coaster with the bottle next to it
Always serve beers as freshly as possible
Beers taste best when they are fresh, and served at the right temperature.
